AGREEMENT

The teaching of the HUEnergy™Model,theory,method of meditation,method of practiceand applications by the educational institution,organizer,and the Instructor(s)and/or Master Coach(es) are intended to present information and techniques that have been in use throughout the world for decades. The information and practices of HUEnergy™utilize the natural healing ability of the human energy system and the Infinite Energy of Universe to restore balance and harmony; however, no promises are made regarding the effectiveness. This teaching is according to Instructor’s best knowledge and experience and is to be used by the student and practitioner at his or her own discretion and liability.The institution/organizer and the instructor reserve the right to accept,deny and rescind the student/attendee registration.

I understand that the HUEnergy™method is a non-invasive method of natural self-healing and is not intended to replace medical advice and/or treatment.I certify that no verbal, written, explicit, or implicit promises have been made to me to guarantee that participation in the HUEnergy™courses/seminars implies success in the application of the instructed method to relieve and/or to cure illnesses. Therefore, I recognize that completion of this course/seminar does not imply any guarantee of success in HUEnergy™application for self healing and others since the results may varyper person.I recognize that the tuition fees paid for the HUEnergy™training courses, seminars and/or coaching program are non-refundable, and may or may not be tax-deductible for income tax purposes.

No audio/video recording is allowed during the HUEnergy™programs/courses without prior written approval. As a participant in the program/class/course/seminar/teaching,student/attendee knows that the content maybe recorded in video and audio and/or captured in photographs and transcripts by an authorized party.Student/attendee understands and agrees that the creator of the HUEnergy™program owns all rights of any content, transcripts, audio, video, and/or photographs captured by the authorized recording party during the event/course/seminar/teaching.Student/attendee agrees that the owner and its assigns have the right and permission to use such content, transcripts, recordings and photographs should they include student/attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonials, or photos in any media or format online and/or offline, now or hereafter without compensation, permission, or notification to the student/attendee.
